Health and safety programs included a review of OSHA compliance for hazard communication, personal protective equipment, injury and illness recordkeeping, material handling and storage, machine guarding, noise, respiratory protection, lockout/tagout/electrical safety, walking/working surfaces/fall protection, radiation and laser safety.
Prior to conducting site auditing activities, CAPACCIO completed a pre-audit review of information made available by the client and prepare auditing checklists. CAPACCIO conducted audit site visits to observe plant operations, gather facility information and review documents and records of the facility such as operating records, permits, written facility plans, and health and safety programs.
